Jamie Oliver

Jamie Oliver is an English Chef who has gained worldwide success with his restaurants, books and television programs. His unique and very personal cooking demonstrations have helped to fuel many an amateur cooks culinary exitement. Jamie Oliver comes from Essex in the south east of the England and has been cooking from the age of 8, when he began helping out at his parents pub, the Cricketers.

His success grew out of his first “Naked Chef” series on Channel 4, with his cheeky chappy Essex boy charm he entertained many as well as annoying quite a few too! In Jamies first Naked Chef series we were introduced to a Young Jamie oliver in 1995, with a big bold style heavily influenced by his love of italian food. Jamie Oliver has created a wide selection of Books and TV series over the years, with his most recent offering being, “Jamie at Home” in which Jamie lives out the “Good Life” in his own gorgeous walled garden in the essex country side!

One of my favorite books of 07/08, I’m loving this book at the moment.I always seem to be picking it up!
